Unashamed Worship

As I reflect on our recent mission trip I’m yet again blown away by the goodness, graciousness, and faithfulness of God. His goodness was seen all throughout my 10-day journey but one scene stands out in my mind: As we sat under a tent in the pouring down rain, I saw God’s people bowing in puddles of water unashamedly worshiping, a truly remarkable site to see.

His faithfulness was clearly on display as we visited several families in their homes. I was so encouraged to see how they do so much with so little. It was truly remarkable.

His graciousness was clearly witnessed as we visited a remote village where the gospel had recently been taken. Seeing people excited about their newfound faith was overwhelming. I bring back a reignited passion and zeal for encouraging the body of Christ to continue (and even excel more) in our missional giving. Thanks to Joanna and Uncle Ricky for making this trip so fun!!
