Elvis lives with both of his parents, who are peasant farmers, in the Kamuganja village. Due to their meagre income, Elvis’ parents are unable to pay for his school fees. We believe that boys like Elvis will be the ones who bring hope to the community, and a transformative light as he gains the assistance he is in need of.
